This document logs the training activities run by SCMPCR (established 2018, a sister organization of the government-registered Alo Bhubon Trust) from its founding through a planned 2026 event, covering hands-on workshops, on-site service training, and e-learning programs in medical physics and radiotherapy/oncology.

Program formats used throughout:

• Hands-on Workshops (HW) — in-person, lab/clinic-based training (9 held: HW-01 through HW-09)
• Service/Hands-on Training (HT) for biomedical engineers, radiation oncologists, and nuclear medicine physicians (4 held: HT-01 through HT-04)
• E-Learning Programs (ELP) — online courses, which became the main format during the COVID-19 period (10 held: ELP-01 through ELP-10)

Key milestones by year:

• 2018: Program launch with three hands-on events on CT quality control, dosimetry/treatment planning, and target volume definition, hosted at Square Hospitals, SCMPCR Training Room/Ahsania Mission Cancer Hospital, and Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
• 2019: Expanded to linear accelerator commissioning training and a large multi-site biomedical engineering service training program across several Bangladeshi hospitals.
• 2020: Shifted to online delivery amid COVID-19, launching SCMPCR’s first two e-learning programs, alongside a nuclear medicine service training.
• 2021: Fully online during the pandemic, with three e-learning programs on brachytherapy, medical imaging QC, and advanced radiotherapy techniques.
• 2022: Resumed on-site biomedical engineering training (BSMMU, Chittagong, Khulna) plus two e-learning programs on clinical medical physics and CT/interventional radiology.
• 2023: A hands-on workshop on modern QA in radiotherapy (Labaid Cancer Hospital) and an e-learning program on radiation dosimetry.
• 2024: A hands-on workshop on high-precision radiotherapy QA held internationally in Kolkata, India.
• 2025: A major workshop on SRS/SRT/SBRT implementation (Nepal) and an e-learning program on soft skills for medical physicists.
• 2026: A planned workshop at TMSS Cancer Centre, Bogura, on contemporary/integrated cancer care.

Faculty: The program has consistently drawn an international roster of experts — from Germany, Japan, India, USA, Belgium, Taiwan, China, Canada, and elsewhere — with Prof. Dr. Golam Abu Zakaria (Germany) and Dr. Raju Srivastava (Belgium) appearing as recurring core faculty across nearly every year.

Overall, the document shows a steady evolution from localized in-person workshops (2018–2019), through a pandemic-driven pivot to e-learning (2020–2021), to a hybrid model combining international hands-on workshops and online courses (2022–2026).
